Wonderful warm welcoming couple. Great room - private and quiet with a small garden. Very handy location. Tkts for Kathakali show, taxis canoe trip all organised for us. Wonderful place on the island.

Nothing - a mirror in the bathroom would help.

Very welcoming family. Great canoe tour organised and ran by them. Tasty homemade food for breakfast and dinner. Clean rooms. Also helped us organise onward travel. Overall very good experience and would stay again and recommend to friends who are in the area.

Our stay was amazing. Deepa and her family were incredibly kind. The rooms were clean and spacious. Our kids really enjoyed the delicious food. We had so much fun that we will definitely come back if we visit Kerala again.

Our stay at Mundro Garden Homestay was amazing. Deepa and her family were so welcoming and kind. We were always greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. The room was very comfortable and clean and was located in a nice quiet, private corner of the garden. The table and chairs outside offered a great space to relax and eat meals. The homestay offers bicycle rental at a very reasonable 200 rupees per day. The food prepared every day was amazing! Everything we ate was delicious, and we enjoyed trying all of the local Keralan dishes that Deepa and her family made. You must also take the boat tour, it really showcases the beauty of the island. Overall, we absolutely love this homestay and will definitely return if we come back to Kerala!

The canoeing trip was a highlight of our stay, offering a peaceful and serene experience on the water. Deepa went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment, even drying our clothes when we were caught in a sudden downpour. Overall, our stay was exceptional. The friendly atmosphere, delicious food, and beautiful surroundings made it a truly memorable experience. I can't wait to return and try the cooking class next time!
