Literally everything from scenic views to the cleanliness of the property , Host was amazing she is the best in town definitely going to recommend it

Really lovely place, the room was cozy and clean, the location was super with great views over the downs. Karen is a fabulous friendly host who made me feel very welcome.

Had to crawl to get into bed roof slope very low. We booked as it was advertised as bed and breakfast but no cooked option just help yourself to coffee and cereal if you want cooked you have to buy and cook yourself maybe change wording to state cereal and toast available as it can't be classified as continental no croissants pastries hams cheese or anything

Karen's cosy double bedroom was just the job for a last minute break away. It's a little out of Brighton but there's a frequent bus very close by. We prefer to escape the noise, so it works for us and also a quick bus ride from Stanmer Park and the countryside. We really appreciated the breakfast provided, which, like everything else, (toiletries, kettle in the room, for example) was thoughtful. There was not just Wheetabix or cornflakes, but also yoghurt and fruit for example. As well, there was a coffee machine with milk frother! We had a lovely time. Karen was so welcoming and friendly. She made us feel really at home and looked after us so well. Highly recommended! A great ambassador for Brighton! Ps very comfy bed!

The host Karen is so lovely and ensured we had everything we needed. The breakfast (pastry, fruit, cereal assortment, toast, yoghurt) was delicious. The room was very comfortable and was equipped with tea, coffee and biscuits. The house was spotless and nicely decorated, with a lovely garden. Karen told us about local attractions, public transport, restaurants, and about the general area so that we were well equipped to explore Brighton :)

I had a really lovely stay here. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcome and comfortable. The place was cosy, clean, and had such a warm atmosphere that it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was well looked after, and the hosts made the experience even more enjoyable with their kindness and hospitality. I would happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay.
