Apartment Maximilian in old Town

Great location

The place is good except it doesn't have AC and it was a hot few days when we were there.It was my fault for assuming there would be AC.Fans were provided.

The location is very good, and that´s it.

The apartment is small, heats up quickly in summer without AC. the ventilators are a help. the blinds do not work properly and it is hard to properly ventilate the place. deposit needs to be paid in cash and even though the host allowed us to do early check out, upon arrival he refused. I don´t understand the high rating of this place.

Comfortable beds, nicely equipped kitchenette. Easy checkin. Location is just across the bridge from the tourist area. In room Washer and dryer were a great bonus.

Very well located apartment. 5 star host support.

Tip for improvement: I think the parking fee should be a little lower since parking in the area is difficult. The cleaning fee per person also seems high to me, especially for those who are only staying one night. Despite these tips for improvement, we would stay in the apartment again.

The very good king size bed. The fact that the apartment was so clean. The well equipped kitchen. Excellent location for us to explore every day. Small things like handwashing the basin.

The cord used to pull back the vertical blind on main the bedroom window wasn’t there. Consequently we couldn’t open the window to let in cool fresh air.

Apartment owner Mr. Emil was extraordinarily accommodating. Contacted us in advance before reaching our destination and provided us much cheaper private parking space. The apartment is located in the old town but very close to the tourist spots om the center so it's quiet for resting time and a few steps outdoors if you wonna go somewhere nice. Kitchen with complete essentials, waching machine, dryer and more. Very comfortable beds and fast wifi. Great view of the town from the monster sized windows!

Great location; close proximity to major attractions.

The parking instructions weren’t very clear. The photos must have been sent out of order. It took us circling in the parking garage for 20-30 minutes to find the spot. It was also extremely loud at night. Kind staff/owner though.
