Apartment Maximilian in old Town

The apartment is excellent and in a great location. Although the space is a bit small (we were 4 adults and it was a bit tight), it is very well organized and we didn't have any problems. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything one needs to cook, make coffee etc. We also really appreciated that we could wash and dry our clothes in the washing and dryer machine. Finally, the host was extremely polite and helpful with all our requests. We would love to come back!

Take note of the small writing- tax for cleaning and cooking Ty tax make the cost of room dramatically higher than what you might expect. You can’t cancel nor change nights

Great place to stay in Innsbruck. Communication was easy even though we didn't meet Emil. The apartment was warm and the beds were very comfy

This apartment so very cute, clean, and in a great location. The host is an excellent communicator, and was available any time of the day. We will stay here again next time we're in Innsbruck!

Exceptional property in the heart of Innsbruck. Central location within short walking distance to the centre (Altstadt). Spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment with everything you need. The host was very friendly and helpful. Support provided before and during our stay was absolutely suberb.

It was well located to the centre of Innsbruck. The ged was comfort and the apartment was warm. The clothes drier was a bonus.

Being told to leave €200 cash for a deposit when you leave! Apparently it’s in the fine print which I didn’t see when booking. This is to cover any damage you may do. Without the host meeting you to go through the apartment on arrival and not there when you depart how do you prove damage or marks weren’t done by you. Also when he refunds you a week later into a difference currency I am sure he won’t be out of pocket for the cost to do so, it will be the guests who are out of pocket. Using booking.com for a 20 week trip this is the only accommodation property which has demanded this. I refused to leave the deposit on the above grounds.

Nice location, close to the old town! Bedrooms are large so perfect for a family of four. Big enough to bring your own childsbed. Kitchen is not very big but big enough to cook a nice meal for a family. Bathroom is just good and big enough. It is nice to have the option of doing the laundy. Friendly and kind host. Thanks Emil, for letting us feel welcome in Innsbruck! When possible he offers flexibility with checking in.

The beds are quit soft so that was something we had to get used to.
