Apartment Maximilian in old Town

It is walking distance to the Old Town and has complete facilities. Our host was very gracious and helpful.

The bedsheets were a bit scratchy.

Clean, located 10 minute walk to downtown area. Washing machine.

It was on a brightly lit street and did not have adequate blinds or shutters. The apartment had 2 main rooms plus a small kitchen and bathroom. Both main rooms had a large double bed. There was no comfortable sitting/ lounge area. Cash deposit on arrival €300 as expected from property information.

Good location, 10 min. walk to the old city. The building has an elevator so you don't have to carry the luggage by hand. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment. The two separate rooms are suitable for families and group of friends.

Cleanliness, it’s a bit dusty when we were there. Common area is nice, provided kitchenware and useful facilities but a bit pack for 4 ppl.

Had a very comfortable stay with my family at Emil's place. The apartment is very well located at a 7-8 mins walking distance from the market hall and all the major attractions within Innsbruck. The bus stop is also nearby. The apartment was clean when we arrived and it had all the amenities. The kitchen was also very well equipped. The bus stops are also very nearby along with many restaurants. Emil was also very responsive throughout the stay and made it a very pleasant and memorable stay for us. Would definitely like to stay again if we visit.

Location was great and the apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable and fans were wonderful to have as it was quite hot during our stay. It is a nice touch to have a washer and dryer if you need to do some laundry.

The towels smelled of mildew even though they had been washed. Clean smelling towels is super important to me. I also think the ad for this apartment needs to be amended to state that there will be a damage deposit of 200 euro collected in cash that will be returned at checkout. I was unprepared for this as I don’t travel with cash especially such a large amount. I had to locate an ATM to get the cash, something I don’t like to do when traveling in an unfamiliar area. I was able to at least have the cleaning and tax portion of the stay deducted from the cash deposit upon checkout. I will state that I was aware that the cleaning and tax portion of my stay would need to be paid for in cash and I was prepared for that.
