Apartment Maximilian in old Town

Nice, cozy apartment in close proximity to most major attractions.

Owner did noʻt meet us at appointed time. Rang him and said to get details from "What's App". Had to load app and follow complicated instructions. Not easy at age 80. He was very rude at check out . Apartment lacked normal amenities. Bar of soap, bath mat etc

Small dining area which can only accommodate 2 pax comfortably ( we have total 4 pax)

The beds were comfortable, there was an elevator, washer and dryer. Hosts arranged for someone to meet us at 11am. However, the whole situation was a little odd. Emil had first texted me that we could get in early and just leave our luggage, because the place would not be cleaned until 3pm. When we got to the apartment there was a lot of back and forth by phone between the person who met us there, and Emil to figure out if they would actually let us in. Finally they did, and for that we were grateful. The place was already cleaned up.

Divergences from the description: The picture on the website with the colorful row houses in Old Town is not a picture of the Maximilian Apartment. There is no mountain view; the place is not IN the Old Town (but close to i)t; there is no living room, rather an entry way which doubles as kitchen; there was no tea, no coffee filters, no nescafe pods for the coffee maker, no creamer. Host called me "frech" when I asked for the above items- arguing that they were not a hotel, and that for the low price guests were expected to bring these coffee/tea items themselves. It would have been nice to be informed that we had to source these items before we got there, especially on a Sunday when stores were closed.

Great host. Clear and fluent communication. The apartment is great for up to 4 people for a short stay in Innsbruck. Location is great, close to everything and on a quiet street.

The apartment had 2 comfortable full size beds. Was perfect for our family of 4.

Location was great, just a 10-15m walk from the Old Town. Everything was accurately described and clean and perfect for our short stay in Innsbruck.

Wifi didn't work when we were there, but it was only night so we didn't both trying to fix or contact anyone. I'm sure Emil would've have been happy to help.
