Carpets had sharp pieces where it joined the tiles. Need a front loader washing machine instead of a top loader as it doesn’t have enough room to access correctly. Key pick up no easy.

Location is excellent. Was comfortable clean and tidy. Fixtures looking a bit aged but ok. Bed very comfy after busy days out exploring.

Process of checking in was very confusing especially as I hadn't received the correct info guidebook before I arrived. Also confusing was that the apartment was not part of the overall building but managed separately which I was not aware of when booking in. When asking for assistance by the staff I got a very abrupt and rude brushoff. Thank goodness I was able to get the Info via phone call with Sheryl who was very helpful. One more thing, think about us vertically challenged (short) people such as myself as the lock box which I eventually found, was very high and luckily I had a friend who was staying next door was able to reach it ok. And the guidebook had two codes listed for the main box. Just as well the second one worked. Fix the front end process and it would be much better without the stress especially if you are travelling alone as I was.

Location. Clean. Comfortable. Spacious

Only 1 key. Very hard to manage as the lift and entry after hrs required a keycard. 3 stayed yet only 2 towels provided.

Breakfasted in the unit5 people

5 people - 4 dinner plates. Cookware below par, not usable, broken cooking utensils. Range hood oozing fatty gunk. Hand basin taps spray jn all directions. Draws loose screws need tightening. Not warned about night club area, noise horrendous. Pillows need upgrading

Easy, no fuss check in, great views, great location, nice 2 bedroom self contained unit

Couple of small glitches with the digital forms required by owner, owner was very helpful in resolving issues. Water pressure in shower was not very good and unit could use a deep clean including curtains that had several stains on them, unit wasn't dirty it just needs a bit more than a quick clean. Overall pretty happy with our stay and would stay there again.
