"Loved it, and we will be back again"

Love the view and how it’s close to lots of food shops. easy to access a lot of things to do in the area.

if I wanted to be picky, one of the showerheads was taped with masking tape, there was a heap of dishes in the dishwasher that I had to re-wash.

"VERY VERY disappointing... Very poor value for money... Very noisy..."

Honestly, there wasn't a lot to like. Swainson on Horizons was an Air BnB... There was NO indication this when we booked. They forgot to send through the arrival information which meant we then needed to fill out the check-in information in our car out the front of the building with 5 people on a 35 degree day. We wanted to stay at a Hotel. When looking at our booking we simply thought that Swainson on Horizons had changed it's name. The apartment is simply in the Oak on Horizons building and they have nothing to do with each other. We did not feel safe collecting the keys, as they were in the building behind the building next to the building we were staying at. Walking anywhere around the building smelt of urine. We then parked our car in the same building that the key lockbox was in, which cost us an additional $25 as it was not where we were meant to park. We then needed a second key as we were a group of 5 people. The sliding doors to the balcony are wider than the doorway which meant that the doors did not seal and the "doof doof" music from the street below kept us awake most nights with the 1st night having the doof doof music until 6am. We booked for 5 people however there were only 4 dinner plates. The fridge was too small and we needed to store some foods in our Esky. The shower in the ensuite bathroom didn't seal and flooded the bathroom floor with every shower. The ensuite basin tap end piece is broken and sprayed water all over your crutch every time you turned the tap on. In the ensuite there were no towel rails to hang and dry the towels. The potable toilet that I used on the side of the road in McLaren Vale had nicer toilet paper than was supplied. There were 3 dinning chairs and additional 4 Metal chairs which meant eating at the small dining table was uncomfortable. Some of the curtains are coming off the rail and are hard to slide. Honestly there is a lot more I could say!!! 8 nights for $3800 was very poor value for...
