Swainson at Horizons

The method of collecting the keys was appalling. None of the people at the Horizons Oaks or Embassy seemed to be too aware of the system. Unable to reach the lock box for the keys. Arrived at 2.30pm - got into the apartment at dusk!!! Picture frame was broken with shards of glass, Smell from bathroom, curtain off tracks, scuff marks on the walls,

Location, location, location. Great apartment with awesome views.

Although the lock box information was good, as a first-time visitor, it was pretty inconvenient. However next time I'll be better prepared. I also understand the need to ask questions and request additional personal information, but I feel it was well and truly over the top.

The property is very well located, with major attractions within a 3-5 kilometre radius. This place was also well maintained, the rooms are large and the equipment provided helped towards a comfortable stay. Will definitely choose Swainson for future holiday plans.

The living room is massive and the bathroom come with jacuzzi bathtub which is good

We stay at level 17 and the club is not far from our place is quite noisy during the weekend and last until 5am in the morning. Second, they said 5 or 7 days bond refund? Make it 14 to 15 days refund. Until now I still haven’t get my bond refund to my bank account
