The location was fantastic

The room was dirty. The aircon was old and wasn’t working well. There was mould on the curtains, stains on the bed head and yellow stains on the pillows. The dvd player was also dirty. We were in room 614

Bar fridge for a 2 bedroom self contained apartment and no dishwasher . Main bedroom no air con, parts of the kitchen not clean (range hood in particular slimy), internet patchy, very stressful checking in with limited trolleys and 3 lifts.

The room was not clean My children were also upset and couldn't accept the idea of sleeping in that room because the belongings and furniture were dirty and unclean, the balcony was also unclean, and everything was unclean. It ruined our vacation and our time. I arrived home after a two-hour drive, and we miraculously escaped an accident because the road was dark, dangerous, and had steep inclines. A kangaroo came out and almost caused a terrifying accident. My children are terrified, and my wife is traumatized because of what I described above. This is a waste of time, effort, and fuel. I don't know who will compensate me. Please refund me for the remaining nights. We left the room at 9:30 PM on December 24, 2025.

The Mantra was in a very good position with a large clean pool

I stayed with 3 children in an apartment that advertised as sleeping six. The kitchen was tiny with very small benchtop for preparation. Considering it was advertised for 6 people there was only a very old, small bar fridge with no working freezer and food went off within 3 days. There were 3 cupboards filled to the brim with enough glasses and crockery for at least 12 people but no free space to store food and there was only 4 of us. The two hot plates were also very old and needed lots of patience to work. Also 6 people and no dishwasher ! There were lots of old, shabby pans but only 2 decrepit cook tops. This was certainly not a ‘Luxury Apartment’
