Very comfortable, great views and location

The mats in the kitchen are extremely dangerous, a terrible trip hazard The accessing the keys instructions way too wordy and complicated, and over the top for checkout. Also EXTREMELY difficult to communicate with hosts. Emails sent to me, with a no reply address Very unhelpful. Overall communication very very poor

I think the instructions could have been much shorter. They were rather complicated and I had to read and reread them several times.

Nothing apart from the instructions on collecting the keys and returning them afterwards.

The location was good, the view was nice.

Firstly, getting into the apartment is a nightmare, especially if you have a car! Not to mention checking out! The “second bedroom” is more of an extension of the small lounge rather than its own room, the door to the “second bedroom” is heavy and extremely noisy to use, if anyone is in the kitchen early in the morning anyone asleep in the “second bedroom” can hear everything. We could hear other apartment doors slamming at all hours of the night, you can also hear the elevators going up and down all night. Sunday morning there was vomit all through the elevator and in the foyer of the building. However, the hosts were very responsive when we had an issue on arrival with there not being a second set of key cards, which we had requested. The view was beautiful. But due to the hassle of checking in and out of the building, I would not stay here again.

The view from the apartment was fantastic, that was the first thing we noticed. Then we looked around the apartment and the facilities, room sizes, bathrooms, kitchen were all very impressive

The View

The apartment is tiny and the second bedroom is an extension of the lounge with no windows. It is not suitable for two couples. The bathrooms and shower vents needed desperate exit moulding. It was disgusting. The apartment has air conditioning and a huge list of instructions to cool the apartment including blinds down and a unit in the bedroom with a hose out the window. No view and you can’t sit on the balcony being blasted with hot air. Good luck with the shower too as the neighbours water use affects the shower - prepare to be scalded. As per huge list of instructions, we let the hosts know first and the responses were blaming the cleaners and lots of other excuses. All in all was a very disappointing stay.
