Two bedroom apartment with Pilatus view near Lucerne

Great location. Lucas responded quickly to any queries. Near the train station. Free parking. Beautiful views. Lovely for families with children. Supermarket and fast food all within walking distance. Good restaurants nearby. Had a great stay. Highly recommended.

Gr8 view and just 5 min walk from train station.

Took an hour to just find the key. The staff was very late in responding. Staff needs to step up their communication with guest.

Amazing views from all parts of the apartment. Helpful host.

The beds were uncomfortable, particularly the pillows which deflated completely to just a pillowcase. I had to find some spare ones in the cupboard and they were piled up with dirty old electric fans on top of them and unwashed blankets. Couldn't work out how to use manage the heating in the apartment. The shower was a little difficult to use as it still utilized a shower curtain unlike modern bathrooms. The couches were very very hard with no backing just 3 cushions. You will smack your head so lean back very slowly. Tricky to find the key in the evening might be easier to check in during the day.

Very modern and comfortable home. Lukas was very nice and had all the information ready. Very thoughtful of our needs.
