Two bedroom apartment with Pilatus view near Lucerne

Super nice view! The apartment is very well kept, clean and spacious. The location was great with restaurants, shops and public transport all close by. The owner is also available for any help.

There were no keys or locks for the toilets and bedrooms.

The owner of the apt replies to the messages quickly. The view from the apt is great. The level of the security.

We did not recieve the apt on time due to the floading water issue cased by the previouse guest. We changed our plan, due to this issue. We paid for the full amount but actually those few hours should not be charged. At least we should get a late check out without asking for it

View was nice

We have been traveling for 2 months and have stayed in various accommodation at different price points and this is the worst for what we paid. $1650 for 3 nights not worth it. a projector (sitting on two boxes) to watch Netflix was not cinema feel at all, No TV. A microwave sitting on a box. Really poor Bed uncomfortable, floor boards coming up near bathroom. It needs a full renovation.

Good location near the train station and supermarkets etc. Good view from the property.

Bare unit with only very basic equipments provided.Not even waste plastic bags is available. You have to buy on your own a whole role to use only 1 bag. Once you check out owner will start harassing you with pictures of defects here and there trying to charge everything to you and not return your security deposit. Stay away. If you do choose to you stay do take pictures of all property defects to safe guard yourself.
