Marias Apartment - in city centre,near beach

Location is close to the beach, just about 10 min walk from the beach. There is not far away supermarket with very good prices. Apartment is in quiet street, but enough close to the all needed places

Building is not very clean (there is many dust in corridors) and the entrance to the building is dark, so we have used the flashlight on the phone to open box with key. However nothing which I can not live with this price of accommodation.

Difficult location to reach by car, no car parking. In booking.com, owner only shows nice photos inside apartment and they hide the reality outside the apartment. Building look like ghetto in shabby state. Building is poorly maintained; plaster peeling off, no maintenance of common corridor, stairwell and lift. Apartment & bathroom door get stuck, water do not drain in bathing area. It is an renovated apartment in shabby building.

The neighbourhood seems fine, but the apartment is in an old and neglected building. While we were there, the apartment next door was being renovated, so there was constant drilling.

Очень близко к центру, рядом много ресторанов и кафе. Квартира действительно очень чистая и ухоженная. Отлично подходит для пары. Четкие инструкции по заселению, хозяйка очень приятная в общении.

Здание и лестницы грязные, но владелец тут ни при чем. Интернет работает не очень хорошо, скорость медленная, иногда пропадает сигнал.

Хорошее месторасположение. Близко к набережной. Так же недалеко есть супермаркет , кафе , магазинчики. Хороший выбор для одного или пары. В квартире есть всё необходимое
