Marias Apartment - in city centre,near beach

Property was clean, maintaned and well equiped.

Location is bit strange, it is in the middle of the buildings. Still it is located 5 min from the coast.

A small apartment with air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The location is good, almost in the city center, but the building itself is in poor condition and the entrance is dirty. You can park your car for free right at the entrance. The host was always polite and checked in to make sure we were comfortable

The shower has weak water pressure, the balcony floor was very dirty, and the bed linen had some stains, although it was clearly clean and freshly washed. The TV didn’t work well, and we couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi the router password didn’t match.

We had a great stay at Marias Apartment. The apartment has everything you may need during your travel, and it is at a really good location within Larnaca, close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops. We would recommend to anyone!

The host responded promptly to my messages, was communicative and helpful. A complimentary bottle of water and a sweet was also provided which was a nice touch. The studio apartment was spotless and looks like it was recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The property is only a short walk to the beach and st Lazarus church and local cafes and brunch places. I enjoyed my stay and would book Maria's studio again.

Great localization near the beach and bus stops. The apartment is well equipped, and the bed is really comfortable. Good recommendation :D

I liked the apartment,it was clean and modernly decorated. Perfect!

I didn't like the outside,the building was kind of old and it had a bad smell at the stairs and at the entrance. I would suggest if someone will do some maintenance sometime. But the apartment inside is perfect.
