Marias Apartment - in city centre,near beach

The apartment itself is very nice and clean and has all the basic stuff you need for basic cooking and living. There's also a washing machine or things for ironing! And we just loved the big and comfy bed. It would be nice to put a lamp and a little table next to it...

The main problem here is the building where the apartment is located. It's a little dirty and chaotic. A lot of reparations were going on from early morning when we stayed here. But I think it makes sense according to the price.

Nice communication with the owner.

Although you can see the owner's obvious efforts to make it nice, clean and aesthetically pleasing, unfortunately there is no denying the awful, dirty staircase, walls so thin you could hear the neighbors as if they were sitting next to you, the awful stench from the pipes in the bathroom that spread throughout the apartment and the bad smelling, probably due to this stench, towels.... When a cockroach ran across the kitchen table, we decided, after one day's stay, to look for another place to sleep.... Those who want to have a pleasant stay in Larnaca, better look for another accommodation.
