Marias Apartment - in city centre,near beach

Very nice apartment, and had all amenities. Located quite close to the seafront so was easy to go out and also to catch buses from there to reach other destinations.

The building is not the nicest and the balcony door doesn't lock, but apart from that it was great!

It was clean and modern!

The location was very close to the commercial part of the town, very close to the front beach at walking distance. All the appliances and furniture were newly bought-design and stylish,chosen with taste.

-The building's entrance is very dirty with pigeons droppings as well the balcony. -It could be better if there were some user informations for the washing machine, the cooker as well for the WIFI password. -In the bathroom some hookers for the towels and in the shower a soap holder will be very useful. -Near the bed it will be more comfortable to place on each side a night table with a lamp. -A pair of extra sheets for the bed.

The location is good and host is very serviceable. The apartment is ok for a short stay and price and quality ratio is also ok.

Although this is not something that is in host control, the building was in reconstruction or similar, thus the noise of construction works starts early in the morning. The interior of the building gives the impression of decomposition as well as the exterior of the building across the street, although the interior of the apartment is good. What you cannot see from the photos is a view from the terrace which is on dilapidated building across the street. There is minimum of facilities, e.g., a night table next to the bed would be nice as well as EU adapter for electric power.
