The only thing positive was the wash machine and air-conditioning but you have to pay for that.

The whole experience was terrible. Please read everything because you have to pay for sunbeds and bring them back to the room,Also you have to pay for the aircon.The towels and bedding was dirty the sofa bed was absolutely filthy dirty.The hills to walk up from the beach is horrendous you need to be young NOT for elderly people.Also I went of reviews myself they are not honest.

Nem volt melegvíz a fürdőszobában és a szállás utcája koszos volt és építkezés zajlott. Nem voltak alapdolgok a szobában. Például wc-papír, sem takaró. Ami volt: tányér és pohár pedig koszos volt. A parkolásért külön fizetni kellett. A mi tartózkodásunk alatt pont nem üzemelt a nagy medence ami a lényeg lett volna, bár mentségükre legyen szólva elvileg ezt jelezték előre. A kis medence ami üzemelt hideg volt. A szomszédos szobákban a klíma piszkos volt, de mi nálunk ilyen probléma nem merült fel, viszont használni emiatt nem mertük.

La atencion fue muy buena. El casero nos atendio com total naturalidad y muy buen rollo.

Host, Juan, was fantastic and really went the extra mile to make the stay as good as it could be. The place itself is all you need with great facilities and plenty of room in the apartment. Very friendly complex and all the amenities nearby. Also Duetto do the best pizzas in Benidorm and is only a 5 min walk away. Cheap and great cooked breakfasts at The Pub bar just down the hill and a reasonably priced supermarket across the road. Even used Glovo for the odd night in take away! All you need for a great break in Benidorm. Will definitely book again!

Paying extra for sun loungers and Aircon, although not too expensive it would have been the icing on top if included. I do get it with the Aircon as some people do take advantage and it really wasn’t needed as much as I thought due to the cool apartment. We did not mind but there is a steep hill up to the complex which could put less active customers off.

Pool closed, apartment unclean. Shower only gives 1 person a shower before water goes cold, No full length mirror, Mismatched furniture on balcony, towels very old, 80/90s apartment should be brought up to present day.
