The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process. Central heating is subject to timetables set by the building management. The heating hours are from 07:00 to 10:00 and then from 18:00 to 00:00, it will be set at 21 degrees. Guests must sign the property's seasonal rental contract prior to check-in. IMPORTANT: This apartment is only available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Guests will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Lovely place to stay in Madrid central"

Estuvo todo perfecto, tanto las instalaciones como el personal y el departamento

Las paredes eran muy finas y se podía escuchar todos los gritos de los departamentos del costado y debajo.

La posizione ,vicinissima alla metro di Tirso de Molina; circa 50 metri dal portone del palazzo

Nel bagno manca il bidet, si potrebbe compensare con doccetta ( tipo disabili). Il quartiere se ti spingi verso plaza lavapies di sera inoltrata non sembra tanto raccomandabile,ma dal lato opposto (plaza Tirso de Molina) la considererei adeguatamente tranquilla almeno fino a mezzanotte.

Location was perfect for big family.

During our stay, we experienced a power outage that affected only our apartment and not the rest of the building. As a result, we were unable to access the apartment for more than four hours because the electronic key lock required power to operate. We reported the issue immediately; however, the response and support provided were disappointing. Being locked out for such a long period caused significant inconvenience and disrupted our stay. We expected a faster resolution and better communication regarding the situation.
