Not a lot location wasn’t too bad street wasn’t too bad Shops locally

Here we go AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs avoid this death trap Shower leaks all over the floor, no heating can’t turn it up Bed is rock hard, door doesn’t shut properly so draft central, Next door are noisy and you can hear everything Major issue was I used this dump for my digs away from work and whilst out at work someone entered the property decided to do a wash and went through my things Moved my bag looked like they had had a little kip in the bed and all my clothes were unfolded and just rammed back in my bags When I arrived back the washing machine was switched on on a spin cycle Spoke to the host and he came straight round catagorically denied that anyone else had a key and tried to tell me washing was there all week Questioned weather the washer was capable of turning itself on and if it could dye clothes as the clothes in there wernt the ones from day one of my stay He promised refund not received also he said he would inform me who had been in and didn’t This place isn’t even good value it’s a dump don’t waste your money Sub standard no WiFi well got WiFi but it doesn’t work if you want to watch telly got to hotspot your phone Mold all over quilt is like a tea bag Not even that cheap for the money there is much better Avoid this he’ll hole at all costs

It was perfect for what I needed, as working locally

The location, which suited our needs, was the only good point.

There is nothing good about this property, the photos are out of date !! the apartment was dirty, it obviously hadn't been swept or dusted in a while. The bed was just about comfortable although I'm not sure the bedding had been changed, and there is no lamp in the bedroom area. The kitchen equipment (toaster, microwave, hot plates, worktop mini oven) were all filthy and in my opinion fire hazards. The shower cubicle and plug-hole looked like a breeding ground for bacteria, also there was no toilet paper and the owner didn't respond to my request. Re Heating - near the bed there is a large radiator, with no controller, which the owners have on a timer and it only comes on during the day. We were booked to stay 2 nights but only stayed one........

The studio was dirty and didn’t look like any cleaning had been done. The bed looked like it had been slept in and there were no toilet rolls there. The stove top and oven were dirty as was the microwave. There was a Tv but it was not connected to an aerial and no wifi streaming services - Netflix, Amazon. An unpleasant experience.

What I liked about the property is that it was nicely decorated and nice and warm when the heating was on.

Mostly everything. I contacted the person in charge of the place, which gave me a phone number for a ‘staff’ who would help me with anything I needed. When I got to the property, it was really dirty, I thought that it wasn’t even clean from the previous hosts?! The floor was dirty; I found a decorative pillow with a stain of blood?! It was disgusting. I didn’t have toilet paper in the toilet or kitchen roll. I texted the owner and the ‘staff’ member, the owner said she had contact the guy, but he still didn’t reply neither helped with my toilet paper issue. When I had a shower, there was a big puddle outside the toilet and the room. The heating wasn’t working which was one of the reasons I texted the owner and she said it would be sorted. I had a really bad night, the room being cold, and the mattress??? OMG it was so uncomfortable. Really hard. I was a little concerned about sleeping in those sheets after seeing the decorative pillow with a blood mark, or at least it look like it.. and recent too. There wasn’t any extra sheets or extra duvets so I could use. I couldn’t wash them also because I didn’t have a place to dry them. There was a smell from the bathroom, which wasn’t nice, especially to sleep at night. I had to close the door otherwise I couldn’t sleep due to the smell. A guy that said he was renting the house next door came to my door asking for the heating control. He was the one that put on the heating and also gave me a roll of toilet paper. I don’t know if he was the one in charge, if he wasn’t then I appreciated the gesture. I had to come to Bristol previously to attend uni and I never had a problem with my accommodation, also my first time I was in a house share, which was cleaner than this studio. I never looked at the reviews, only at the pictures, but this time I really regret not looking at it, because otherwise I wouldn’t have stay in this studio.

Location was good.
