Upper Howick Hideaway

This hideaway is perfect. Just back from a 2 night stay and I can't fault it in anyway. Was clean and comfortable and we had some mousey weather when we were there and we were more than happy to stay in and relax in this lovely pad . Will definitely be back iff I can find a date that's not already booked lol

The apartment exceeded our expectations in regard to how large, light, and airy it was, was warm and cosy, plenty of hot water, and a huge bath, and a fabulous location just a few minutes into centre of Alnwick, 😄

Outside light at top of stairs not working so had to use phone torch, as we were leaving it was getting fixed, bed too hard for us, but that's our preference, kitchen not greatly stocked with crocks and pots if you wanted to make an evening meal which we did on our last night, but the one thing that will stop us returning was the constant loud TV noise from the man downstairs, ok the first night, but started at 7am and went through till 2.15 am the next morning the other 2 nights, could hear it above own tv and in bed, not the property owners fault but unfortunately not great, 😔

Location was good . Flat was warm and clean

The steps to the front door are dangerous in the dark as they are steep and there is no lighting.

Really lovely flat which was beautifully presented. Great value and fabulous location 5 minutes walk from town.

The shower head over the bath was far from.ideal and anyone with any mobility issues would really struggle. Unfortunately the neighbour below a young guy we think played loud music/tv from 11pm until 1am most nights and kept my husband awake.

Good location, comfortable, modern and well decorated. It was clean on arrival and good value for money.

We weren't aware of the steps up to the property which were unlit and we had to be cautious in the snow and ice. A fixed shower would have been useful. The neighbour downstairs was noisy, his TV could be heard word perfect over ours into the early hours.
