Ideal location and was very cozy.

I think there needs to be a shower at this property as opposed to a bath, it was really hard to use.

A beautiful apartment in an old school. A proper comfortable home from home. An 8 minute stroll down into Alnwick which has some good pubs serving gorgeous food. Centrally located to the surrounding areas/attractions. We absolutely loved it and will be returning next year for longer as we crammed so much in, in 2 nights/3 days.

There double glass doors leading into the apartment from the kitchen, we felt there should maybe be a sticker on the door that stays shut as my husband tried to walk through it twice 😀 and also, there is a shower attached to the taps on the bath, but nowhere to hang it and there is no shower screen or bracket. We didn't see the point in the shower. But the bath was perfect. Just sharing possible ideas to help.

It was a lovely comfortable appartment for our short stay. Very clean and comfortable.

The property was in a really good location and was very homely. We loved that it had history as the old school. It was super cosy and we would recommend to friends.

The light for the outside corridor only worked from the end nearest the street , when leaving the apartment in the dark it was quite hazardous. The light above the door also didn’t come on (it looked like a light that was on a sensor ) The shower was a little annoying as you had to hold it to be able to use it (I’m a shower person ) . None of these things impacted the holiday just worth a mention for potential improvement.

Location was excellent and the apartment just right for 2 people. Parking was, in the main, ok. The facilities were pretty good, though a microwave would have been a welcome addition. Finding there was WiFi when we arrived was an added bonus.

The entrance and 13 outside steps up to the apartment were not ideal, but we managed. The very large bath was nice, but from a point of view of H&S at least one handrail would be useful. We were surprised that such a large bath which needed a lot of water had been installed, rather than a shower.

Perfectly situated in a side street this apartment was perfect for discovering the town of Alnwick and it's surrounding countryside and coastline. Berwick to the north and Tyneside to the south were easily accessible. The apartment was well presented and spotlessly clean with generously proportioned rooms. Parking was outside in the street but it isn't a busy street so quite safe.

This apartment is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Down a narrow alleyway and then up to the front door via outside well worn steps.
