The situation The space

We couldn’t check in early because it was being “deep cleaned” !!!! On arrival we noticed the dust was so thick you could write in it so no “deep clean “ done !!!! Also the TV did not work so we contacted the owner who said it did work but it definitely didn’t !! Also said in previous comments that the TV didn’t work so the owners knew that !!!

Location is perfect as well as free parking , the apartment is large with 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen and dining area

This £250 deposit was a surprise after I did the booking via booking.com, so that wasn’t very pleasant. Apart from that one sofa in the setting area is broken, which isn’t usable as well as the beds in the master bedroom are too small for 2 people, I was sleeping on the one with my 8 years old son and I was about to fall down and the mattress isn’t comfortable at all. Frankly speaking this bed and sofa issue brings the rating down to 2 out of 5. Considering the above I won’t be staying there again unless the beds and the sofa are changed.

Good location ,apartment was large free on-site parking comfortable beds plenty of storage second bathroom large windows with great city views. Staff were friendly .

Noisy floors, dishes left in dishwasher, no teatowels, or spare pillow cases . Could do with some updating ,painting update the furnishings couches etc . Shower door in second bathroom was broken Part of the flooring in the kitchen near the island had been replaced with vinyl flooring but not stuck down. The 3blinds in the main bedroom you could not open

The shower door (ensuite) did not slide well. Three televisions did not work. Tea towels would have been nice. Wifi was a bit hit and Miss.
