Comfortable, warm, pretty spacious, well equipped. Fantastic views and an outstanding location: quiet and in the middle of everything, which is a great combination. Loads of good places to eat and drink nearby.

The bathroom is narrow and a little bit tired. It's four floors up and there's no lift so don't bring too much luggage!

Top floor is 4th floor not good for big luggage and can not contact admin in suddenly. However contact in booking only but not sudeenly

Located in the city center, convenient transportation. The apartment is spacious and warm. It is convenient because it has a washing machine.

It is located on the 4th floor without an elevator, so it is difficult to go up and down with bags. The bed and facilities are old. You have to be careful when using the bathroom, and there are many broken dishes, so be careful.

Fabulous location, great sized apartment.

The 6 flights on stairs to carry luggage up! No smart TV to be able to connect your own media. The bed was very uncomfortable.

The location and the unit size

Although it was clearly mentioned on the booking website, the stairs were tiring when carrying the luggage.

check in was slightly more complicated than usual as the joivy group wanted a login into their group website which I did not appreciate so much. But once in there, all was perfect, the location and the view is stunning indeed!

Perfect location to Waverly. It was wonderfully spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. It was easy to find and had everything we needed for 3 nights in Edinburgh. The recommendations were spot-on and everything worked as promised. Host was quick to respond.

84 slate steps to the apartment. It was a lot, regardless of what others say, 84 slate stairs is a lot. Also, there were some very creaky floorboards. It looked like they had tried to fix them, but it was still a bit concerning for the people downstairs. BUT since you know, you can make an informed decision. We would do it again in a heartbeat.

The apartment was very clean, the bed and bedding were excellent! The kitchen was well appointed and there was a starter kit of tea, coffe, milk and some cookies.

The steps up to the apartment, I counted 80! It’s on the 4 th floor , I think really the 5th. It is difficult to walk up with luggage and would not be possible if you have any knee, back or hip issues. The apartment smelled of cigarettes, I could not air it out, it could be from another tenant next door or downstairs.
