JOIVY Old Town 1-Bed Apartment with Stunning Views

Cozy and spacious apartment in an excellent location, close to the centre of Edinburgh, 3 mins walk to the railway station, walking distance to the main attractions. Everything was neat and tidy. The flat was quiet. The pics reflect the reality. No better, no worse. There were also guidebooks about Scotland, that for us were of much help. I highly recommend!

Indeed, the apartment is at the 4th floor, but for us, there was no issue. We only had a 10kg suitcase. We even enjoyed taking 4 floors every day (going out in the morning and coming back in the evening), it is good for health :-) So I would not say that this is smth negative ;-) But good to know for those with heavy luggage.

just few things can be improved, like a TV set in the bedroom (there is only one in the living room) a spot light near the bathroom mirror (as well as a wall electric plug)

Spacious property in a great location with wonderful views.

The obvious is the climb up all those stairs but the views are great. There were some maintenance issues that were in need of attention. Some of these were addressed by the company. It’s a good property probably ready for an update with the carpet showing signs of heavy use. Items left behind by previous occupants I think should have been removed on cleaning.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location. Lovely views and really felt like were in the centre of Edinburgh. Everything was neat and tidy with some thought as to what people will need. Some everyday supplies were left in the flat which was helpful. Everything worked. The flat was quiet.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable. The flat was up four floors but this is to be expected in Edinburgh and for this type of flat so is not a complaint.
