This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Charles Alexander Short Stay - Clifton Drive Beach Retreat in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must complete online check in form before arrival at the property. Managed by a private host

Location, comfort, dog friendly

Some glasses weren’t clean on arrival, bath issue a neighbour in apartment below reported to us that was leaking into his property, one phone call got this resolved

"Great stay would return again"

It was really close to the beach & local shops, cafes and very dog friendly. My mam could take her mobility scooter as the garden was flat just below the decking which was easy for going in & out. Child safe and very comfortable for a family.

"Very comfortable, the secure outside area was great for the dogs and the interior decor stylish."

Self catering, with essential items provided.

Could have provided a few small condiments e.g. salt and pepper, small bottle of oil for home cooking as cooking utensils were provided and enjoyed using.

"Everything was perfect, highly recommend it."

Everything was perfect! I booked this as a gift for my daughter and her husband. They loved all the doggie ornaments and pictures. She sent me videos and I was so impressed. I will definitely book it for them next year but for a longer stay.
