You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must complete online check in form before arrival at the property. Managed by a private host

Location was great and apartment was nicely decorated. Sofa bread provided for our children in the kitchen was a lovely surprise and they loved it.

Property was lovely but carpet in the bedroom could do with a clean. Washing machine was also full of dog hair so unable to use. We appreciated a checkout reminder but felt 4 reminders was a little much (3 via text and 1 via the app)

Lovely furnishings, facilities and spotless. Short hop over the road behind to the beach. Very close to plenty of shops, cafes and bars.

Flat 2 parking on street. Wouldn’t stop my return just a shame.

Excellent location beautifully appointed apartment with everything you need. With off road allocated parking, adjacent to a fabulous park great for the dogs. A short stroll to the beach and town center shops. The apartment was spotlessly clean the bed was super comfy, it was quiet and in a stunning building. We loved everything about our 4 day break. Dog friendly is a massive bonus. Thanks for having us. Great communication and a professional and lovely team. ❤

Absolutely nothing to dislike it's an amazing place. Just wish we could afford to visit more often.
