You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must complete online check in form before arrival at the property. Managed by a private host

"NICE, CLEAN APARTMENT."

PLENTY OF STORAGE IN THE BEDROOM, VERY COMFY SOFA'S AND A VERY CLEAN APARTMENT OVERALL

SHOWER OVER BATH, WOULD BE BETTER WITH A SPECIFIC SHOWER UNIT. ACCESS IN AND OUT TO CAR THAT HAD TO BE PARKED AT THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY WAS A BIT OF A PAIN
