This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Charles Alexander Short Stay - Clifton Drive Beach Retreat in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must complete online check in form before arrival at the property. Managed by a private host

"Great place to stay convenient for shops, station, main roads and beach"

Great location very close to beach, park and shops. All on one level for my mum and the dachshund! Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Free street parking at back but it's quite narrow.

Not a criticism but for anyone who finds steps difficult, access is not completely flat - there are some steps (4?) at front and 2 steps on decking plus the door is a bit narrow at back.
