the location is good, 10 mins walk to tram station and supermarket

there is first floor, if someone take Marijuana, all of the property will smell bad too

"The apartment had potential, but unfortunately it was poorly cleaned before our arrival."

On the positive side, the location was great, parking was convenient, and communication with the host was easy, they acknowledged the cleaning issue and reported it. Wifi was great. Hopefully the next guests will find these problems resolved, because the place itself could be nice with better maintenance.

The doorknobs were sticky, there was hair and dirt on the floor, and the trash bin was both tiny and very dirty. The dryer function on the washer/dryer combo didn’t work, and the dishwasher smelled so bad we didn’t feel comfortable using it. In both bedrooms, several light bulbs were either missing or not working.

"quality facilities, furniture and access, a great base if in Manchester."

Great apartment with all needed amenities available, easy links via tram to the city centre / Media city. My wife is disabled and uses a wheel chair, althought some of the internal doors were tricky when she was by herself everything was accessible. A great facility which I would recommend to anyone.

N/a, genuinely enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again.
