It’s not that I didn’t like, but I do think the stairs to upstairs bedroom would be a problem for anyone with walking issues. We were three ladies over sixty and found it difficult to manoeuvre the stairs with cases

It was amazing. The decor, the facilities, the comfort of the beds, having tea, milk and fruit already there to greet us - just fantastic. Such a well equipped kitchen too. We chatted to the guys doing the Christmas fare outside about the place and they’re probably going to be booking in the future too.
We were scared of the stairs. Really. Terrifying. Also, could have done with a slightly thicker duvet on the second night as the temperature dropped.

The location is perfect. It is so central to everything but at night it is very quiet from outside. We loved the quirkiness of the apartment. There is a good mix of old & new technology. The beds were really comfortable & soft bedding. We had also asked for a banner & balloons to be put up for my daughters 40th birthday & the cleaner did all of that for us.
The apartment isn't well sound proofed from next door & we did experience quite a bit of noise from adjoining apartment late on.

Ease of booking, booking price, location, ease of collecting keys and information given before and on arrival. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and fruit is excellent to have on arrival - well done. Beds and pillows super comfy. Everything we needed in our apartment. This is our 3rd annual stay - we have booked again for 2025. We just love staying in this apartment 🤗
Please pop extra towels in bathroom, as there were 5 of us staying. The shag pile carpet and wallpaper/paint is starting to look tired and needs a refurbishment. That shag pile carpet really needs replacing with wood flooring.
