GBPerfect spot in the centre of york a stones throw from the minster but still managed to be very quiet! Amazing character, just what you want in a city like York. The bed was extremely comfy, and the dressing gowns were a great touch.
The shower was not very powerful and also very difficult to keep the water in the bath - we didn't want to get any on the old floor. There was some building work going on on the roof of the next building opened the curtains to a roofer looking right in! Understandably not under the control of the apartment owner but something to be aware of if you want a lie in because they were working from 8.30
GBLots of character and all the facilities you need. Great location. Very good breakfast pack.
Would prefer a kettle to the hot water filter machine.
GBGreat location, good sized apartment with excellent facilities!
The shower was too hot and the temperature was difficult to adjust
GBGood location, apart from the alley way to the apartment was in complete darkness and dirty
Very dirty, miss informed about parking, washing machine full of dirty bedding. Very dark and dingy.
GBVery quiet , cosy , good retro feel , right in middle of York close to all sites right by the minster
Wants we figured out heating it’s fine

GBExcellent quirky apartment! So much for the kids to explore explore, including a guitar. Very comfy beds, well equipped kitchen.
Bit of noise from the next apartment late at night, and bit nose from the pub staff putting rubbish out ect, which freaked my 11 year old autistic daughter out a bit, but nothing major. You can here next door pee but my kids found it funny.
GBLocation, facilities and history.
Price was a bit much, check in and check out could be improved.
GBGreat retro toys
nothing
GBThere was plenty of room and it was very warm. We were also left a box of biscuits, fruit and some milk which was a lovely gesture
The cleanliness wasn’t up to scratch. The fridge was dirty
