Great location , right in the Town .

Apartment could have been cleaner .

Quirky apartment full of character. Great location, right in the city centre 2 minute walk from the Minster. The kitchen had a great coffee machine and everything you need. The staff were really helpful. Even though it was a busy location it was still quiet at night

The bath was lovely but the shower was hard to use, the curtain in the bath sticks to you and the water leaks onto the floor even when you try to stop it from happening. The fan in the toilet was SO LOUD (but it stops a little while after the light has been switched off)

Central location both apartments where spotless and had everything in them you needed

Absolutely love this apartment, amazing decor such fun, SO thoughtfully designed, AND really comfortable. Great position. I got he breakfast pack which was generous and excellent quality, and the pub does amazing food. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a great time and I hope we can visit again.

My main worry was the stairs.

The Location was Unbeatable, the view of the Minster from the Bedroom window was amazing. free travel cot and fresh milk provided.

This apartment is not child friendly in the slightest, My partner and I booked to stay here for 3 night with our infant daughter (5 months), we stayed one night and found alternative accommodation for the rest of out trip. the stairs are steep and narrow which is a terrifying experience when carrying a small baby or you know suitcases for your stay. The kitchen was disgusting, the hob hadn't been wiped down, food debris and other various stains and spillages all over the fridge where we stored our daughters milk. Countertops and shelfs felt sticky with grease, kitchen utensils caked in dust and grease. The electrics in the living area didn't fill me with confidence, there was an electrical fizzing from the dimmer switch which increased in volume with the intensity of the light. the electric heater on the wall also made an uncomfortable noise and even sparked when it was switched on and off. I'm no electrician but I felt these could be a fire hazard. The apartment needs a welcome pack, the tv requests a pin code not supplied and one cup hot water dispenser takes some faffing to work out. We requested a partial refund due to not completing our stay due to not feeling safe for our baby because of the stairs and the state of the kitchen. my message was completely ignored so customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Very central and a very easy walk to restaurants and Shambles road. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped

We ran out of hot water and there were no instructions on how to get warm water. The microwave was very dirty inside.,
