Comfortable clean easy access to town lovely view

Lack of immediate contact lift broke down called people and no rapid response. Broken glass on bench near sink. Need fans in hot weather. No Netflix and lack of channels. No scissors

Location and views from the windows. Parking. Bedrooms. Lounge area lots of seating. Instructions on access good.

Bathroom date, and no window and no extractor fan. Windows difficult to Open. Dirt on map and landing outside door

Location was perfect and quiet. 10 minutes walk to the bus/train station, 5 minutes to the shops/ Abbey steps. Secure off street parking was an unexpected bonus. The views from the apartment were amazing from every window, overlooking the harbour and an excellent view of the Abbey.

Difficult to find anything we didn’t like. If any constructive criticism is required we would just say the towel rail was a bit loose in the bathroom.

Excellent location for exploring Whitby, able to walk into the town centre, the old town and the abbey, or continue on coast paths. The railway station is on the opposite side of the river, where travel is possible on the scenic North Yorkshire Moors railway as well as the national network. The views from the apartment are wonderful, looking along the river to the abbey,harbour and town, or across to the station. A secure car parking space in provided.

Having to leave ! It would have been handy to have some milk left ready, but not a big problem - the nearest small general store is 10 minutes walk away, back up onto the main road.

Incredible location and very secure.

We liked nearly everything about the apartment, not least the views.

The bedrooms were rather cold, and it was not possible to adjust the heaters.
