Perfect location. Very clean. Has everything you need for a short break. A real home from home.

The glass patio could have been cleaned also the windows.

I loved the place - but there was no toilet paper when we arrived. This was apparently an oversight but not great at 5pm after a long journey. Just a warning to bring some in case! Advice on where to recycle would be helpful

The location was great, the showers were good, the little view from the balcony was also a lovely extra.

You can’t do anything about the other guests in the building!

Outside furniture could be replaced as old very late check in and early checkout means you pay for 3 nights but only get 2 days use of the apartment

The location and view were brilliant and it is a fairly well equipped apartment. The bathrooms were lovely.

The Ant infestation in the kitchen, the disgustingly dirty terrace and windows covered in seagull poop, nothing to wash up/wipe round with like a cloth or sponge (had to buy) and the lack of flexibility with check in and check out times.

The balcony had not been cleaned and was covered in bird mess.

Location, parking, comfort & great shower. Salcombe is great little town.

We note the comments of Geoffrey who stayed in this property before us. Salcombe is great & this property is well located but the stay was totally spoiled by bird poo all over the windows, veranda & outside furniture & clearly had been for some time. There were also other issues which we had to report. We are disappointed by the denials of those we contacted about the bird poo (it was gross), that this had not been a complaint before. Given the comment of the previous guest to us, stating the same, this was untrue! This is a beautiful flat, excellently located with stunning views which are totally spoiled by the large amount of dried bird poo! Hopefully this will be sorted for future guests.
