It was a nice property the room wasn’t as good as the other one but worth the money

Just the size of the kitchen

There was no breakfast. We had a kettle for T or instant coffee, but the bottom of the kettle was green so we didn’t use it.

I thought that the apartment was charming, but it was very, very far away from restaurants or buses. We spent a lot on Uber, and couldn’t always get rides easily.

The stairs up to the apartment were very steep. Maybe could have down with a couch in the room to sit and relax on instead of having to lay on the bed when wanting to relax.

The location was suitable for our needs Tammy on customer services was a great help

The property was musty smelling in the hall way and the room wasn’t much better. Not very clean, the blinds were all broken , the mattress was awful and decor poor - needs updating badly. There was parking at the back of the house but there was a car taking up 2 spaces with flat tyres- it was permit parking on the road but we had to take a chance as couldn’t get in the car park We paid £75 deposit which took a whole 7 days from departure to refund We also had to give a photo of our drivers licence to be allowed to use the property- not very happy to have had to do this

Nothing really, the fact it had parking was nice.

The place was disgusting, we stayed in studio 2 and couldn’t stay the first full night as it felt like the place was crawling. Currently battling a dispute as we had to find alternate accommodation. There was mould on the walls and very dreary. The bathroom door was only connected at the top. The kitchen tap wasn’t attached properly. Tv also didn’t work. It was just the most uncomfortable space I’ve ever found myself in.

Located on the periphery of Swansea, so reasonably easy to get around, allowing for traffic calming measures in the area. The rear of the property has space for about 5 vehicles if sensibly parked. Stove-top, microwave, kettle and fridge available so no problem self-catering. Wifi was functional. Less expensive than many other options.

I was in a top floor apartment, the stairs were steep. Had to remember to duck at opposite ends of the room on account of the sloping roof. It could get hot in the summer though there was a roof window. Bring a tea-towel as none supplied. One car in the car park has a flat tyre so apparently not going anywhere fast which might not help with availability of parking if the place was busy.
