Lovely property, lots of off street parking. Warm and cozy

Issues with TV only had Netflix. There was noise one night from upstairs property. Drafts from Window in front bedroom but could be weather related

The house was very good and tidy and fit for purpose.

The staff's communication was very poor and you have to call the staff to ask for them to put heating on, which in some cases they dont respond to your text or call and the room ends up freezing cold.

This is a lovely flat with ample space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Unfortunately, under the beds wasn't clean. The heating turned off every 2 hours. I needed to send messages to ask for it to be turned on. The first night was so cold as the radiators weren't working. I asked them not to turn off the heating as we were with kids, the day was fine and again at night it was so cold. In winter, it should be working all the time!

Spacious, comfortable, everything needed utensils and towels Netflix & some sky channels, 10 min walk to town centre.

Door open on arrival, All windows open so apartment was freezing, front window opened easily & didn’t lock so anyone could get in so we had to secure it with a piece of wood told the host this but no reply, Heating is put on only when you message the host to put on remotely and it took a couple off messages sent to the host over a 2 hour period for it to be put on and still no messages from host We didn’t have a shower as the radiator didn’t work and the bathroom was freezing, All the time there was no communication received from host, which was very disappointing, This is our second stay last years stay was great heating on and didn’t have to message, Sorry but will not be returning.

Nice little property a stone's throw from the beach and a 10 min walk down the promenade into the attractions of Llandudno. Shops / pubs / takeaways a few mins walk. Rooms in the property were large and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Big TV in the living room with reclining chairs! Overall a good stay.

Being a ground floor property there's no view - you can't see the beach, and the garage at the back was falling down and looked a mess.
