Spacious and modern flat

The window in the front room!! (As opposed to last year) .

The equipment that there is in the kitchen was great but there aren’t enough plates. If there were more we wouldn’t have had to use the dishwasher so often.There was only 1 toilet roll!!

The flat was well equipped with everything you would need, including towels.The beds were comfortable in big bedrooms. It is described as a bacement flat, which I would more describe as a ground floor flat. Although there isn't a window in the kitchen, the flat was decorated to give a nice airy bright feel. The lounge was spacious with nice reclining sofas. WiFi worked fine. You just have to keep reconnecting when you want to use it. I had a parking space, and it was good to have a private entrance into the flat via the big porch, with then the door to the property with a coded entrance. The porch I have to say was lovely. You get greeted with a lovely scent every time you walk in. The flat is a 20-minute walk to the pier, which is an enjoyable walk along the sea front. It is also a short walk to the outside pool area. We enjoyed our stay as a family, and if I returned for a holiday to Llandudno in the future, this property would be the place I would first try to book. I will add that at the time of booking, I was informed that scaffolding was at the front of the property. When I arrived, the scaffolding was down, so I had lovely sunlight into the room. Near to the property, there are shops, so you dont necessarily have to walk all the way to the main high street if you need a local shop.

The waste water did take a while to flow away after a bath. But it wasn't a problem I was not happy with.

Lovely spacious bedrooms. Majority of the place is lovely and clean. A little tired in areas however it had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely would go back

When we arrived we struggled to find the location. We had to drive out of the area for signal to try and contact the owner. Of which no answer. We entered the hotel above who helped us locate and enter the property. On entering we had an overwhelming cleaning smell and wet pillows on the sofa. Everywhere had clearly been cleaned except under the beds which were covered in dust. Advertised with a garden however it cannot be classed as that as it clearly needs attention

The apartment was good as if I was at my home. Wonderful
