The location is close to shops and transport

The exterior areas of the apartment perhaps described as varying from in need of attention to disgusting. The stairs were not cleaned the entire length of our stair as witnessed by the tissue fluff on them from another renters laundry. The apartment entry area was covered in a muddy mess which was not attended to despite a visit from the property manager to assess the situation. In the same area is a bulk rubbish skip with a broken lid that was full to overflowing. It was directly below our bathroom window resulting in the regular entry of flies and bluebottles. The view from windows is not picturesque and the layer of grime, spiders webs and bird poop do nothing to improve the view. A broken window on the stairs has at some point been broken but it was too much bother to remove the broken glass left on the sill.

The style was cozy, everything was morealess clean and standard.

For the amount I paid for 2 nights I was not expecting to be put in the basement more a less in the dark, so the photos do not match the apartment I had - the price point isn’t exactly fair here. The WIFI in the basement apartment was terrible and consistently cut out - the extension did not work either, for over £100 per night I’d expect working wifi and sunlight at a minimum. The long messages being sent and all the chunks of information that were repeatedly sent to me made the check in and check out process less swift than I was expecting as I had to dig through T&C to actually find what I was looking for. The wording of the T&C just made me paranoid that I’d be charged additional fees. There is a cracked plug socket as well as a large split in the wood of the sofa which I noticed when I moved in - this doesn’t look very safe and could have been a fall hazard or an electrical hazard if I hadn’t spotted them. Lack of flexibility with check in and check out times was annoying.

La communication une fois entrée, était inexistante ! J’ai louer l’appartement pour 3 semaines et il n’y avait pas de draps de rechange ni de serviettes de recharge. Les équipements de cuisine était salle et gras , dans l’un des poêlon il y avait encore des œufs coller a la poêle, j’ai mis a trempé pendant 2 jours pour essayer de le nettoyer, mais au final c’était inserviable. La couette très vielle et abîmé et pas adapter a la housse de couette J’ai essayer en vain d’avoir un échange avec les responsable mais c’était impossible de contacter qui que ce soit. Heureusement que je n’ai pas eu de problème plus grave que cela autrement je ne sais pas avec qui j’aurais pu échanger

The smell

The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and spacious. Great location with café, pub and restaurant round the corner. And if you like to cook yourself, the kitchen is well equipped and supermarkets are nearby. Due to outside temperatures the mobile heater was very helpful!

El apartamento es precioso, todo está perfectamente cuidado. Está ubicado en un barrio residencial muy bueno y cerca del centro y lugares de ocio. Hay muchos bares y restaurantes en la zona y también un centro comercial con supermercado enfrente para poder hacer la compra y cocinar en la cocina del apartamento. El check in y check out es autónomo pero el host te proporciona todos los detalles para entrar y salir sin problemas. Estuvieron muy atentos en todo momento y contestan muy rápido si necesitas algo. Sin duda me volveré a quedar allí en el futuro.

Quizás mejoraría la cama y las almohadas.

A lakás hűvös, hiába van két fali panel is elhelyezve fűtés céljábòl. Az ablakok huzatosak, az utcáról az összes zaj beszűrődik.

Location was great. Was easy checking in and accessing property.

We've used this property before and it was fine, but several issues this time. The property hadn't been cleaned very thoroughly: we remade the bed and we had to wash many of the cups, glasses and bowls before they could be used. In addition, we were given 2 shower towels but no hand towels, no bathroom mat, no tea towels for kitchen and no hand soap. We requested these (5pm Friday) but were told the cleaners had already finished for the day. We re-requested them on Saturday 2pm but were told there was no record of our previous call and that we'd probably missed the cleaners again. We were assured that the request was being logged this time, but got absolutely nothing the following day. Really disappointed in the service. Also, if you're staying in the winter bring warm clothes - the small electric panel heaters on the wall struggle to heat the large rooms.

Great location. Good support from the team who brought me a brand new blanket on my second day as I’d been cold.
