The apartment was in a good location and amazing for the price, there was plenty of space too! Wifi was great and beds super comfy! Definitely would recommend!

"Avoid."

Position Is the ONLY thing

- the host was COMPLETELY UNRENSPONSIVE - the house was 13 degrees when we arrived and only ONE heater was working. - bathroom Is disgusting - living room was Dusty and the couches were all stained - bed mattress have bumps. Pillows are hard as Stone. Blanket were short! - house and Building smells terribly We Will request a refund to booking.

"Nice enough property and location but just those few niggles as mentioned let it down."

Location to city centre good. Nice apartment size.

It’s November we were not arriving until after 8pm and the heating and hot water or even WIFI were not switched on. It took quite a while to heat up the place the 1st night especially as windows were also left open. Possible issue with drains as when first ran bathroom tap there was an eggy smell coming from the shower drain. The showers wooden edging loose. The boiler pressure vessel noted to be hanging loose from wall in kitchen cupboard.

Good location, close to everything you need in a visit to York

No real problems other than we got disturbed by the cleaner and later the male owner who didn’t realise we had booked the apartment for the dates ?

Position comfort

Very cold weather when arrived windows open it unfortunately took all day and most of the night to get warm. Once warm stayed warm though out rest of visit.
