Lovely setting ,host very welcoming ,clean , convenient for the town and shops . Nice thought by the host for eggs milk and butter. Would highly recommend and would stay here again 10 out of 10.

"Great place to stay"

A great location and very quiet, just a short walk to town. Hosts were very friendly and accommodation good. Very comfy bed! Parking was a real plus for Hay. Farm had happy goats!

The property was well situated, close to Hay on Wye, and it was comfortable and well equipped. The bedding was especially nice. As the weather was so hot, we really appreciated sitting in the shade on the balcony, watching the herd of goats and the hens!

The hosts were lovely and the location was beautiful, accommodation was really tidy and clean and also so lovely to have the complimentary tea, eggs, bread and milk - just a really lovely touch that made it just extra special!
