Excellent location; felt very rural yet a 10 minute walk into town for great pubs and restaurants.

Reading all the reviews, it seems like we were just incredibly unlucky with our downstairs neighbours.

Clean, very good location to Hay-on-Wye, co-op is not too far down the road. Loved seeing all the chickens and birds! Lovely host, and having milk in the fridge was a really nice touch!

My own fault for not checking properly, but i thought the upstairs apartment where we were staying had a fire - but it didn't, even though the fire picture was included in the upstairs apartment listing. It was still really beautiful, but the fire was one of the reasons we booked.

Really beautiful barn conversion done to a very high standard. Lovely goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese, dahlias and trees on the farm.

Excellent host and nice, quiet location. On a working farm but that didn't cause any issues. Really relaxing. Micro brewery with taproom 5 minute walk down the road and very short walk into Hay. The only downside was how much my wife ended up spending in Hay!

Brilliant location and excellent accommodation. Very clean and well equipped.

The access road is very narrow i was worried about scratching the paint on the car.
