LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC, SO CENTRAL.Avery comfortable stay

Easy walking distance from station and city attractions. Well set up little property.

Traffic and street noise plus noise from upstairs neighbours.

Location, facilities etc were great 👍

Bathroom floor was dirty or not properly cleaned as the towel when wet picked up dirt from the floor. There was quite a lot of cobwebs including in the wardrobe. Overall we had a great weekend in a very comfortable property but it just requires in our opinion a little TLC but would definitely return.

The living room was freezing when we arrived and the heating appliance in that room was inadequate, so the room never got warm which made it uncomfortable!!! the door going out from bedroom needs better security ie maybe couple good strong bolts,and shower room was grubby needs good clean and paint job

Great location, easy to access, nice comfortable space, communicative hosts.

The bathroom door does not close, it’s a folding door that stays ajar. There is a fire escape door in the bedroom which leads directly to the entrance to the flat above, with zero soundproofing. As a result, we were frequently disturbed or woken up by the other resident’s very loud front door slamming, which sounded like someone was right there in the room with us. There was also half-eaten food left in the fridge-freezer upon our arrival, which did not smell great.

very clean apartment, I would recommend it anyday to anyone, proximity to restaurants and Saintsbury is a plus. I'll be back for my graduation at York and I would definitely book the apartment again.

Location was excellent. Good restaurants and Sainsburry. Easy walk to historic city center and nicely decorated Well equipped kitchen. Quite bedroom.

A mattress cover would help with hygiene. Bedside lamp on the right side of the bed would be appreciated. A chest of drawers for long stays. Shower grouting has a bit of mould. A few cobwebs around the bedroom and in wardrobe needed attention.
