The property was lovely and clean, apart from the chairs on the Deck there was a build op of birds dirt. They had not been clean in a very long time

Having no running water, no help from the host. Some one should have been out to help or loved to another boat house as there was only me and next door there. I have videos showing the water there spluttered out for a second then nothingm

Lovely eco friendly accommodation, quiet area surrounded by wildlife. Views are gorgeous.

It was peaceful, relaxing just bliss, we were the only people there , the houseboat was perfect no issues with it, view was absolutely beautiful, along with all the little swans, deer, rabbits and different kinds of birds.

Very secluded for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Next time we’ll take our wetsuits as too cold to go kayaking/open water swimming in late October. On arrival (9pm) the heating was playing up in the lounge/diner of the two bed cabin but Maria arranged for Gordon to pop over to the rescue straight away to ensure we were warm and cosy 😁

No much the check In instructions were horrendous and there was no one there to greet us. The sat nav took us to a farm up the road, then when we finally arrived they could not find our booking. There was lock on the gate when we arrived no one at reception, everything there was closed, lucky a young girl was there at the gates waiting to who rang the host. The host was angry that we didn’t want to stay because of the stains on the bed and all of the dirt through out the house boat. I don’t mind a bit rough haha but dirty is not for me.

We were moved 3 different times because of different faults. No body had a clue what was going on, and to top it off it was our anniversary. The last move was at 8pm at night. I would like a refund and will be ring my credit card company as it is not what was advertised. It is our 18 year Together and 8 year married and it was nothing but stress. Not a one to put bad reviews but the service was absolutely terrible. The women I spoke to Maria was not very helpful she just said do you want to stay or not. The place had not been cleaned properly.The main sight is Loch Lomond and they didn’t answer the phone at one point we were outside of the 3rd lodge waiting for instructions to get in 🤣 pretty bad so won’t be attending again. Forgot there was no running hot water in the lodge also no hot tub as described on the last lodge.

Great communication with staff. Contact with myself before I arrived to give all information before I got there. Very appropriated.

Peace and quiet and a lovely location.

Could do with cobwebs on the external handrails being cleared but everything else was exceptional.
