It was in a fabulous location

The property wasn’t cleaned properly, shower not clean and bins not emptied. Food left in the fridge and freezer from previous guests

The accommodation is super! The heating and lights were on when we arrived, making it very welcoming. Everything is spotless. We were very happy!

It would be super to have a Whatsapp number, making communication a bit easier.

Location was spot on. There's a weatherspoons at the bottom of the street. A lovely Cafe around the corner . The house itself was very spacious. I like the decor and the huge bathtub. The kitchen had a breakfast bar . The beds were so comfy, it was lovely and warm . On arrival I was informed there was a slight issue with the radiators . The staff rang me and sent someone out straight away to fix it. We were toasty and considering it was a bank Holiday it was rectified and we were able to enjoy our stay . Id definitely stay there again . Oh huge bath towels aswell as Tea, Coffee, Salt , Pepper . We couldn't have asked for more . Very happy .

"Great place to stay in Bath"

The apartment is in a great location with easy access to everything in the city. It was spacious for a family of five and the beds were really comfortable.

It would be lovely if the patio was clean and usable.

The location was superb along with the layout of the property.

The tv didn’t work Lots of late night noise from above Could have been cleaner / maintained better

Good location, well equipped.

Dirty shower, mould about but not alot and its an old place. One bedroom seems to be a converted bathroom which made it cold at night. Was feb imagine it would be good for summer. Would stop again though only small issues.
