Cosy 2 Bedroom Flat in Edinburgh

Exactly as described - Cosy and Charming Flat in a great location! The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space in the living room and bedrooms. The flat was beautifully decorated and contained everything that you needed.

The entrance to the flats and the smell outside the fish shop, apart from that we enjoyed the flat.

The flat was amazing and located a short bus ride to the main attractions. We loved our stay in the flat. The owners were always available over the phone for any queries.

It was all really good.

Smell of fish at the entrance from next-door restaurant - but it did not reach the flat on second floor, so once inside all was fine.

Beautiful and cosy place, everything one might need for a comfortable stay.

For us it was no issue, but staircase access might be more challenging for certain people.

The location was excellent. Being close to all main bus links on Minto Street. Very good eating places on Ratcliffe Terrace itself. The property was charming and yes cosy, very comfortable and reasonably quiet for a town house flat.

It wasn’t so much what we didn’t like , it was really first impressions of the main entrance , the lobby and stairs were not well lite , the lights were not working. There was a phone number to ring about the lights but we were not there long enough and we managed.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay here. The host was incredibly friendly, and every room was beautifully decorated. My trip to Edinburgh was greatly enhanced by staying here, and it was an overall delightful experience. Highly recommended!❤️❤️❤️
