Cosy 2 Bedroom Flat in Edinburgh

Absolutely beautiful properly clean great location

Nothing! Stairs up to the flat were steep but obviously nothing can be done just more for those with mobility issues

The location and decor of the flat

The apartment was warm clean and cosy lots of extra bedding and towels would stay again with some lads don’t know if the ladies would go back again just because the common area

The stairs and common areas were dark and cold smelly and dirty

The apartment is lovely, so stylish, spacious and comfortable. Honestly we couldn’t ask for more.

The room sizes were great, and the location was very convenient for central Edinburgh. The living room was very comfortable and the bedrooms were generous. It was generally a very quiet apartment.

Although nice the bathroom is on the small side, especially the shower which is difficult for taller people. Some basic things need updating - the towels were very thin, there was a lack of drinking glasses and cutlery, and some of the floor boards need some attention. The fish smell from the shop next door to the apartment did mean the stairwell was a little fragrant but couldn’t be smelt in the apartment

The flat is decorated beautifully, makes you fell at home and is really close to town (about £7-8 on Uber if you dont want to walk)

Exactly next to door of the building There is a seafood shop and two massive binns that were not emptied during our entire stay. So first impression is a shock. but it is getting better after that (Flat is in third floor and the scent only reaches 2nd floor more or less)

Flat was very comfortable, cosy and conveniently located to the city.

The ground floor stairwell had an unpleasant smell.
