Modern & Spacious 2 bed Merchant City Apart-High St

Nice view of the clock tower outside and nicely decorated inside.

Lots of things were broken and not as expected. The main bedroom was meant to be a double bed but was 2 singles pushed together. The heating cycle was too short and the house was cold most of the time. Host told us he wasn't aware of maintenance issues and mentioned getting repairs done during our stay which didn't happen. Picking up/dropping of the keys from a store 5 minutes drive away wasn't great as originally we were informed it was across the road.

Brilliant location amazing views both very clean and comfortable good size bedrooms a lot of historical views eye catching clock tower wow etc etc too much to say otherwise EXCELLENT communication from staff and the directions given

Top Lage. Sehr gute Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt. Es hat alles bestens funktioniert, wie beschrieben. Zimmer sind ok, netter Aufenthaltsraum mit ausgestatteter Küche inkl. Geschirr. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Leider kein Kaffee vorhanden. Wäre nett zumindest Löskaffee zur Verfügung gestellt zu bekommen.

Central and beds were comfortable.

Tried to charge extra for us for using sofa bed - duvet and pillows were stained. Shower in en-suite was great but the stall could be updated. The door sticks and it was quite grubby around the tray. Take toilet paper with you as we were left around half a roll in each bathroom.

Really good location, nice spacious rooms, really comfortable beds with nice sheets/towels etc. All you need for a short or long stay. Good coms with the owner/manager. Beds in rooms made up as requested. Good showers and bathrooms.

Property charged £95 for one extra person to sleep on a sofa bed, the sofa bed was really uncomfortable and they only supplied one very small towel and a very small throw, not even a cover etc for the sofa bed. Poor show for and extra £95. We were a group of 5 people for 2 nights at and they only supplied us 2 toilet rolls, a minimum of 4 would be the norm for a large group.

Great communication with owner and lovely big apartment and comfy beds plus brilliant view and balcony!

Location was good.

Shower door was broken on arrival for 3 night stay and wasn't fixed during our visit so we were unavlw to use it. . Owner didn't have a spare key was excuse used. Directions to collect key sent us to wrong place. Poor service overall. Uncomfortable sofa in lounge for sitting . Overall poor service and response from owner especially given cost of staying at apartment.

Die Heizung kalt. Ich musste selbst darauf kommen wie sie einzuschalten ist. Alle 24 Stunden wurde sie abgeschaltet. Kein Waschmittel, keine Tücher in der Küche. Das Bügeleisen war auf der Sohle dreckig und hat mein neues Hemd zerstört. Die Vermieterin extrem unfreundlich, keine Informationen, nur ein Ordner mit den Belegen der Anschaffungen.
