Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut.

Man bezahlt schon genug, darum braucht es keine Kaution von 300.-- Pfund für 3 Übernachtungen. Dazu kommt dass man ca. 20.-- Pfund für Gebühr und Umrechnung verliert. Die Kaution wurde korrekt zurück bezahlt. Der Vermieter wollte mir diesen Verlust nicht ausgleichen.

"Great location, easy parking and spacious"

The location of the property was fantastic, close to everything and very close to supermarket. Check-in instructions were good and parking great. Spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The property needs some maintenance, a number of broken items. Looks like previous tenants have raised same issues. It would be nice to have some toiletries and basic kitchen supplies. I would suggest when you stay to take photos of any damages you notice and notify owner ASAP so there are no issues with your security deposit refund.

"A great family apartment near the center of Glasgow"

Great location in Merchant City, close to many things, including both Queen Street and Glasgow Central train stations. Aldi and Tesco in the neighborhood make it easy to shop for food for your stay and the Glasgow hop on hop off bus tour stop (Red and Yellow lines) just block and half away. It was also cool to enjoy coffee and see the Glasgow Tollbooth right out the window of the flat.

"Comfortable flat in great location"

We really enjoyed our stay. Flat was comfortable (two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so ideal for our family). Nice big lounge area with dining table and kitchen. Great location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Having the underground parking was a huge plus. Its on 7th floor so nice view ... and there is a lift. Super communication with owners before and during our stay. Handy videos sent with info re bin store etc. Always quick and helpful with responses. Key collection from shop nearby was easy. We will absolutely use again next time we need go Glasgow.

Not a complaint .. just small additional things I think would be nice/useful. Provide tea, coffee, sugar in kitchen plus Tea towels to dry dishes. Put wee bins in bathroom and bedroom (as only bin was in kitchen). 🙂

Property was in a great location and the host Rishi couldn’t have been more accommodating. Very straight forward gaining access. Exactly what we needed after a long drive from London.
