Modern & Spacious 2 bed Merchant City Apart-High St

A very nice apartment quite close to the Cathedral. There is a beautiful toll booth that can be seen from the living room window. Tesco is close to buy some groceries.

Sirens were often heard in the living room. Luckily bedrooms were on the other side of the building, and were really quiet.

The location. There are plenty of places to eat close by if you don't want to cook. Very close walk to Buchanan Street if you like to shop.

We had previously confirmed early access to the property, and the property wasn't ready until nearly 4 pm. This was really disappointing!!! The elevator was not working from the garage upon arrival, and we did not have access to the stairs. We had to keep walking around the building to access the front door. This was fixed prior to our departure, but there were many things in the apartment that were in disrepair. * The door handle in the 2nd bedroom falls off. * I bumped the kitchen kickboard with my foot, and it fell down. * The leg on one of the chairs in the lounge room is broken. * The lamp in the living room turned on during the evening all by itself, but I couldn't get it to turn on when trying to use it. * Tiles in the general bathroom have no grout, and tiles seem loose. * The curtain rails are also broken. We were asked to leave the apartment as we found it and advised that it's not the cleaners job to clean up after us. The dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived, we hand washed what we used and left the remaining dishes as we found them. I am a little bit sad about the exchange rate on our fully refundable deposit of $600, which cost $611, and the refund was only $588.

Brilliant location.

It wasn’t the flat pictured and if you read through the reviews you’ll see that this happens for many people. There are several flats. Everyone books the one with a balcony and two bathrooms. Not everyone gets that flat. The shower wasn’t working at all the whole time we were there. It was expensive to have not the flat you booked and no shower at all.

Nothing . Booked this property and was sent to a flat covered in urine . Hair in drains paid £300 deposit and £480 . DO NOT BOOK THEY FLEACE YOU FOR MONEY

The owners are horrific . Won’t answer calls and don’t give deposits back for genuine customers
